Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code and return address.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging or a sturdy shipping tube to ensure the artwork is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our studio; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5 business days.
